More than 30 years of experience in marketing and sales, technology management, marketing training and, for 21 years, in strategic planning, marketing and financing with organizations and companies in these sectors in addition to certain files in biotechnology, retail, real estate and smart cities, financial services and environmental technology.
I have also contributed to the production and distribution of a training series on multimedia on TV and training in strategic planning, IoT and Audit 4.0

How I did It!

In 2001, I adapted the “Winning Market Leadership” methodology and started the creation of a network of investors, lenders and agencies intended to provide the necessary support and implementation.

It’s a Small World

Most of my work was performed in Canada & USA but I have worked on numerous projects in various areas such as Europe (Luxembourg – France – Italy) , China, United Arab Emirates, Africa (Benin – Morocco – Kenya)  & Argentina. For me, cultural knowledge is a key to negotiations.

My Approach

The development of a coherent business model whose successful execution is realistic and profit-oriented.

  • Assistance in preparing the required tools – such as the strategic plan, business plan, financial modelling, (forecasts, profitability analysis, balance sheet) visual presentation aids (finances, operations and others) and all other documents required by industry or targets
  • Coaching or support – and the preparation of the entrepreneur or manager to better sell his idea and his plan

I have completed more than 240 mandates over the last 21 yrs. listed an IT company on the Stock Exchange, been R&D and Sr. Sales and marketing VP. I can speak Fr. ENG. and Spanish (learning Italian and Chinese as a hobby).

I have trained people in technology and written over 300 proposals, 1500 + reports and thousands of various documents over the same period.

Background

I am a professional. I have worked in various fields notably, IT, Biotechnology, Financing, Art, and the Music business, Event management and Edutainment projects. As a C-Level Executive (CMO or CTO, prior to launching my own firm), I’ve always made the point of trying new solutions/approaches to problem solving.

“Outside the box thinking” is part of my mindset as I have developed a proprietary methodology to help enterprises in their strategic planning process. So far, it has been used in over 20 organizations since 2001. I am also experienced in writing proposals, preparing and controlling budgets, developing/reviewing business models, deploying infrastructure and, most of all, I have the ability to sell these concepts/ideas/projects in various cultural environments worldwide.

For the last 22 years: Owner and Associate of a consulting firm providing services in Strategic planning, Marketing and Financing to organizations and enterprises in those sectors plus biotechnology, Retail, Finance & Insurance, Real estate & Construction and Environmental technologies. Have been involved in Show, Artists and Events promotion and marketing. Co-produced a TV series on multimedia training.
